Payments and shipments
Purchases made on PASSIONECREATIVA are governed from the Italian law on distance selling (Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999). All prices of the goods listed on the site are inclusive of VAT.All products displayed on site are available for immediate delivery, unless explicit instructions. It can happen that some article can be exceptionally disappeared.
In these cases, our commercial staff will warn you via e-mail of the problem occurred and you can decide if the article not available will be sent in a later time or removed from the order or sent in one shipment, with the order to complete. In the event that was planned a second expedition, the cost of sending will be at our charge.
Of course the amount of items not available will be automatically deducted from the total of registered order.
Then we specify that, where there was a delay in obtaining or in the shipment of a selected product or was exhausted, there will be no obligation for compensation aside of PASSIONECREATIVA towards the purchaser.
The contract of sale is confirmed from the buyer at the time of concluding the purchase process on the web. Anything not specified is disciplined from the Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the field of distance contracts, carried out outside the commercial premises.
Payments
You can choose from one of the following methods of payment:
Credit Card
Pay easily and instantly with your credit card. Using credit cards is simple and immediate: at the end of the procedure of purchase is sufficient to indicate the number and card expiration date to complete the order. Immediately you will receive an e-mail confirmation (which is why we recommend that you check the correct e-mail address) with the summary of your order, your billing and shipping information. A second e-mail will confirm the registration and shipment of the product (by express courier), and only at that time will be charged to your credit card and only for items actually shipped. Where an order contains items that have proved nowhere to be found, the amount of these products will be automatically deducted from the amount indicated at the time of the order registration. The missed reception of e-mail is not binding on order fulfilment. Warning! It is advised to print (or save on file) a receipt that will display a completed order for future references.
We accept all the circuit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB, and Aura. It also accepted the PostePay card, being of the Visa Electron circuit.
To make credit card transactions in complete safety, the management of payments has been entrusted to Sella Bank, a leading operator for on line transactions in e-commerce as only uses secure servers with data encryption SSL (Secure Socked Layer) to 128 bits. The presence of a padlock on the status bar of your browser, before entering data of your credit card, it will guarantee you the security of the transaction.

The new security standards for credit card purchases
PASSIONECREATIVA using GestPay, the system of Sella Bank for the payments on Internet with credit card. The information entered in relation to the data of your credit card will be sent to Sella Bank (Help-desk e-commerce Tel. +39 015 2434640) through a secure server that uses the protocol SSL3 to 128 bits, the standard of higher security when sending sensitive information via Internet.
The protocol SSL is issued, certified and guaranteed by Verisign.
The system acts simultaneously on two levels of control:
- SSL3 to 128 bit: protects the transmission of your data from your browser to the server of Sella Bank does not make them readable from others.
- Verisign: certifies with a Secure Server ID that you are communicating and really only with the server of Sella Bank.
Cash on delivery
It is valid only for the Italian country and conveniently pay the merchandise on delivery directly to the courier, by cash or by check not-negotiable made out to PASSIONECREATIVA (see the order confirmation). We recommend to prepare the exact amount specified in the order confirmation, as the courier usually does not give rest. The cash on delivery (COD) option is valid only if at the time of the order you communicate us a your telephone number of fixed net and time availability to the shipping address.
For every order carried out with modality of payment with cash on delivery, independently of the amount, will apply a cost of fixed charge of € 8,00.
Bank Transfer
It is the most secure way of payment in absolute sense.
You will find all the necessary information to make the transfer before to complete a purchase. On average a bank transfer is received on our checking account within 36/48 hours from the given order to your bank.
Your purchase will be sent immediately after the real credit of the amount on our checking account.

The IBAN code (International Bank Account Number) is the international coordinate bank that allows to identify, unambiguously, the checking account of the beneficiary.
Shipments
The shipping is free for orders of value more than Euro 600,00. For orders below at this amount will be automatically calculated a transport contribution of fixed charge to:
- Euro 25,00 (VAT included) for Italy shipping;
- Euro 40,00 (VAT included) for Europe shipping;
- Euro 60,00 (VAT included) for rest of the world shipping.
The orders carried out after this time will not guarantee same day delivery, what will happen so the next day not holiday.
Times of delivery
Transport is provided by the express courier BARTOLINI which guarantees delivery within 24/48 hours in all of Italy (islands included), 48/96 hours in the rest of Europe and 48/120 hours in the rest of the world through FEDEX. All shipments are insured with an all-risk coverage against damage, thefts or loss of goods.
PASSIONECREATIVA is not responsible for any delays due to the express courier in the delivery of products, so any errors will not give to the purchaser no right to demand damages.
In case you do not receive the goods within the time specified, please contact us via e-mail to info@passionecreativa.it signalling us the problem with the reference of the order, we will activate ourselves as soon as possible to resolve it.
Right of withdrawal
Is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (to the senses of the Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999) informing PASSIONECREATIVA the intention of not to retain one or more items purchased only if defective, requiring repayment or eventual commodity exchange. The communication of withdrawal must be made in writing only via e-mail no later than 7 days from the receiving of the goods, and must be followed from a registered letter within 2 days from the first communication. Subsequently, within further 10 days the product must reach to the offices of PASSIONECREATIVA by express courier with transportation costs charged to the purchaser. To be able to enjoy the right of withdrawal the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, therefore complete of any packaging, seals, labels, accessories included.
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the product does not preserve the original characteristics possessed at the time of the reception.
