The purchases made from PASSIONECREATIVA's website are set by Italian distance selling regulation (D.Lgs. 21/2014 of February 21th 2014). All the prices shown on the website are VAT inclusive, delivery costs are not included.

In case a second delivery may be necessary to complete the order, you won't be charged for the additional delivery costs.

We further specify that in case of delay in the delivery of a selected item, you will be promptly contacted by our commercial staff, and given the option to cancel the order in case the delivery times are deemed unacceptable.

This is a convenient method that allows you to instantly pay with your credit card. The use of credit card is simple and immediate: at the end of the purchasing procedure you just have to provide your credit card's number, expiry date, account holder's name, and CVC or CVV code, in order to complete the order. You will then receive a confirmation email with the order's summary, details of billing and delivery. A second email will confirm the registration and delivery (via express courier) of the product and at that point your card will be charged, exclusively for the items that have been sent. In case an order consists of unavailable items, the price of such items will be detracted from the final billing once the order is completed
Beware! It is advised to print out the receipt, which will be viewed upon delivery, for eventual future reference. Payment through credit card WON'T INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Even PostePay is accepted, as it belongs to the Visa Electron circuit. To carry out a credit card transaction most safely, the handling of the payment will be entrusted to Banca Sella, leader operator for online transaction in the E-commerce sector, as it exclusively utilizes servers encrypted with SSL (Secure Socked Layer) data at 128 bit. The presence of a lock on your browser's bar, before filling in your credit card's details, will guarantee the safety of the transaction. Payment through credit card WON'T INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

New safety standards for purchases with credit card.

PASSIONECREATIVA uses GestPay, Banca Sella's system for online payments with credit card. The information provided, regarding your credit card details, will be sent to Banca Sella (Help-desk ecommerce Tel. +39 015 2434640, Email ecommerce@sella.it) through a safe service using protocol SSL3 at 128 bits, the highest standard of safety for the exchange of sensible information online. Protocol SSL is provided, certified and guaranteed by Verisign.

The system works simultaneously on two levels of control: SSL3 at 128 bits: protects the furthering of your data from your browser to Banca Sella's server protecting it from third parties; Verisign: certifies with a Secure Server ID that you really are communicating exclusively with the server of Banca Sella. Thus, the data concerning your credit card will be processed by Banca Sella exclusively, for the mandatory inspections required to allow online payments. The operator will therefore not have access to the credit card's details and will only manage the customer's details (name, last name, address...) required for the delivery of the product to the customer's place of residence.

In case your payment has been rejected by the bank or, for whatever reason, has not gone through, the order may still be accepted or prepayment might be requested at the management's discretion. We reserve the right to charge you administrative costs incurred for such a payment, to nullify the contract and to not accept any following orders.

Only valid within Italy, you may pay upon delivery directly to the courier through cash or CASHIER'S check, via bank or postal service, made out to PASSIONECREATIVA. We suggest that you prepare the exact amount as the price shown on the order's confirmation, as the courier will usually not be able to provide change. The C.O.D option is only valid if, at the time the order is being made, a landline or mobile phone number is provided as well as a time frame within which you will be available at the delivery address. For each order carried out through C.O.D, regardless of the amount, the bill will be subjected to an additional fixed charge of 8.00 Euros.

By far the safest payment method available.. You will find all the details required to carry out a bank transfer before completing a purchase. On average the money transferred will reach our c/c account within 36/48 hours from the time you have made the transaction. Your purchase will be shipped immediately upon the actual crediting of the amount to our c/c bank account.
